Vignobles Bouillac

Jean-Pierre Bouillac, winemaker for 35 years, is the true architect of the successes of the Vignobles Bouillac winery. In fact, Jean-Pierre, thanks to his work as a nurseryman, personally takes care of planting and caring for the plants, installed in the largest terroir of the historic AOC Blaye Côte de Bordeaux.

With 85 hectares of vineyards, the wine offer of Vignobles Bouillac is vast, it sees a range mainly composed of red wines, from the softest to the more complex ones.

Thanks to his knowledge as a nurseryman, Jean-Pierre never stops trying to enhance the vines: those of Blaye are emblematic and a guarantee of quality, from these 100% Petit Verdot, 100% Malbec and 100% Cabernet Sauvignon are born: wines created to exalt the most diverse occasions, the most demanding palates and the most varied courses.

Vignobles Bouillac opened up to kosher production 5 years ago thanks to the collaboration with Cedev (Centrale Européenne Des Vins): an alliance as always in the name of quality and great wine.
