For more than 45 years Marco Baglietti shaped his vines on the Venetian hills, teaching that quality comes first and that taste is really about fleeting sensatio, the chill of glass on dry lips, the crystalline chime of stemware, the split-second that separates ordinary from extraordinary. Today his family honours that lesson with a collection of sparkling wines that blend vineyard tradition, stylish design and contemporary lifestyle.

Where the sparkle begins

– Moscato No. 5 & Moscato Rosé
Picked by hand in the volcanic slopes of the Euganean Hills near Padua, these wines are made from the local Moscato Fior d’Arancio, a fragrant clone of Yellow Moscato that bursts with orange blossom, white peach and zest.

– Brut No. 7
Sourced from Treviso DOC, where Adriatic breezes meet cool Alpine air, pure Glera grapes deliver a crisp, citrus-driven extra-dry sparkler.

– Brut Rosé
Also from Treviso, Glera is blended with a splash of estate-grown Merlot for a pale pink hue, hints of raspberry and a whisper of structure.

All cuvées undergo an extended Charmat fermentation in pressurised tanks, ageing on lees long enough to build a creamy mousse while keeping the wines light, airy and invigorating.

The kosher “Sparkling Choice”

Since 2022 Baglietti has partnered with CEDEV (Centrale Européenne des Vins) to create a fully kosher range, Moscato No. 5, Moscato Rosé, Brut No. 7 and Brut Rosé, produced under strict rabbinical supervision. A trail-blazing launch dinner at Tomahawk Steakhouse in Lakewood, New Jersey gathered top Orthodox women influencers and ignited demand so quickly that production had to be tripled. For many in the frum community, Baglietti’s combination of elegance, quality and a playful fashion vibe has made it the go-to bottle for Shabbos kiddush, simchas and mid-week celebrations alike.

Design that dazzles

Italian designer Raimondo Sandri translated the brand’s accessible-luxury ethos into a diamond-cut glass bottle whose facets catch the light like the bubbles inside. Often wrapped in shimmering foil, the bottle has become an icon; retailers report customers simply asking for “the diamond-shaped bottle.”
