5 French labels in the spotlight
A tour conducted with a glass in hand among our French wineries to understand how we select the wines that you find in our catalog. For this, we turned to some wine professionals from the historic country of this world: Italy. A tasting with a panel of industry experts coordinated by an Italian wine consultant and professional journalist: Riccardo Gabriele.
With his PR skills, he communi- cates about wine for large Italian and international companies for public relations. He is also the director of the online daily newspaper “Corriere del Vino,”as well as the coordinator for Lombardy and Calabria for “Vini Buoni d’Italia,” published by the prestigious Touring Club.
Here our first suggestions:

Chateau du Vieux Puit 2022 Malbec
90 points
A very good aroma with a bit of sweet aroma (maybe from American oak), and spicy.Well-done wine, with a nervous palate and interesting finishing.

Chateau La Garricq 2021
94 points
A very good expression of its terroir. Very elegant in its aromas.
Vertical palate, nervous, dynamic, salty, and savory Good mid-palate. Intense.

Chateau La Bessane 2021
92 points
This wine is good. We need to pay attention to tannins because they give the wine a green taste at the finish.
But I think we could taste it again in a couple of months in addition.

Aimé Arnoux – Vacquerais 2022
96 points
Probably this wine and Gigondas are our coup de Coeur. Vacquerais is oak-oriented, yet so we suggest you waiting for ageing in barrel to have its maximum.
The palate is good. In my opinion, in fact, it is a funny and long-lived wine. Salty and savory

Aimé Arnoux – Gigondas 2022
94 points
Very good wine. Aromas are correct, accurate, and terroir oriented.
Juicy mid-palate but salty and tasty. Great finish
