CEDEV’s Roby Israel Oversees Preparations for 2024 Kosher Wine Harvest

Mr. Robby Israel, the dedicated and visionary founder of CEDEV, the producer of all of Noble Wines’ offerings, has recently been diligently overseeing the preparations for the upcoming kosher wine harvest in France.

His meticulous attention to detail and unwavering commitment to upholding kosher winemaking standards are essential in ensuring the quality and authenticity of Noble Wines’ offerings.

Travelling across the picturesque landscapes of various French wine countries, Mr. Robby Israel has been visiting each of our esteemed chateaus, meticulously reviewing every aspect of the winemaking process, fostering ever stronger relationships with each winery, while his colleague, Moshe Cyk, oversees various technical aspects to ensure that all aspects of production are fully viable and successful. From the vineyards to the cellars, both Mr. Israel and Mr. Cyk have been working closely with our partner chateaus to guarantee that every requirement for each kosher wine production is meticulously met.

With their extensive expertise, we are confident that the upcoming harvest will yield exceptional results that will form the foundation of our premium kosher wines. Their unwavering commitment to excellence is a testament to CEDEV’s and Noble Wines’ shared vision of delivering unparalleled quality to wine enthusiasts around the world.

We extend our deepest gratitude to both Mr. Robby Israel and Mr. Moshe Cyk for their tireless efforts in ensuring that every bottle of kosher wine from Noble Wines is a true reflection of the rich winemaking traditions of France.

The Third Annual Satmar Expo

The following is a statement from Mr. Jacob Abadi of Ace of Wines (theaceofwines.com) about his experience working together with Noble Wines at this year’s Satmar Expo:

“It was my pleasure and honor to help represent Noble Wines at the Satmar Expo. Mere words cannot describe the luxurious booth designed by Abraham Israel and built to specifications by Toivey Bineth of Centristic. The immediate impression of the booth was of a green vineyard, flanked by actual vines imported from California.

It was my pleasure and honor to help represent Noble Wines at the Satmar Expo. Mere words cannot describe the luxurious booth designed by Abraham Israel and built to specifications by Toivey Bineth of Centristic. The immediate impression of the booth was of a green vineyard, flanked by actual vines imported from California.

The exquisite Noble wines were beautifully displayed on racks showcasing the diverse range of many wines from France, Italy, and Hungary. The booth also featured natural oak tables and barrels, lending to the elegant touch.

I was delighted to speak during this day-long event to Mr. Robby Israel, the producer of Noble Wines who graciously shared with me his extensive knowledge of the complicated terroirs of France and Italy.
During the course of the show, we enjoyed speaking with current aficionados of the company and new clients as well.

The following wines were celebrated and recognized by many: The VIP Malbec, the Baglietti series of dry and sweet sparkling wines and the Haute Pedrias Bordeaux Reserve.

Personally, I was impressed by the Cotes du Rhone Aime Arnoux Vacqueyras which is from the newest appellation of the Rhone region. I also enjoyed seeing the Plume de Paloumey featured prominently as it is a USDA Organic certified Haute Medoc, truly a revelation.

In summary, I found the overall vibe of the show to be exciting. In particular, the spectacular impression of the Noble booth really made a positive impact on all. LeChaim!”
